Call for abstracts
The Scientific and Organizing Committees invite to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Young researchers are particularly encouraged.
The program includes Oral Presentations, Poster Previews and Poster Sessions.

Abstracts should only be submitted online. The deadline for abstract submission is 23 November 2025.To submit your abstract, please send the abstract form at:​​secretary@fondazioneguidobernardini.org.

POSTER GUIDELINES

Poster will be shown during all the Meeting time in the CTE.

During the assigned Poster session (January 14 or January 15) the presenting author should be present and stand by the poster to respond to enquiries from the participants
-
The language for poster presentations is English and posters should be prepared in line with the following guidelines:
-
Orientation must be Portrait only (70cm x 100 cm).

Each poster must have a title including the title of the paper, author(s), affiliation(s), city and country.
-
Each poster should contain the abstract, figure(s) and/or table(s) with a simple legend, or a few entire paragraphs.
Material to affix posters to the poster display boards will be provided at the conference venue.
